Welcome to The Builder Generalist Program
Welcome. I'm Felipe, and I want to teach you how to build real products with AI.
But first, the briefest of tutorials. Press the down arrow โ on your keyboard to move to the next section. Press up arrow โ to go back. You can also click on any section to jump to it.
Try it now - press โ to continue.
This is your course reader
You made it. This interface is split in two: prose on the left, code and examples on the right.
Right now, you're reading the left side. The right panel will light up with code blocks, tables, and examples as you move through each lesson.
# This is the right panel. Code and examples show up here.
echo "Hello from The Builder Generalist Program"
You can also click on any section to jump to it. The counter at the bottom (e.g. 2 / 6) shows where you are.
Prompt cards
Throughout the course, you'll see two types of prompt cards. They look different on purpose โ each one tells you exactly where to use it.
The first type says ASK ANY AI CHATBOT. Copy these into Claude.ai, ChatGPT, or any AI assistant. They're for when you need help understanding something or troubleshooting outside of Claude Code.
This is an AI chatbot card. Copy it into any AI assistant and fill in the [bracketed parts] with your situation.
The second type says TYPE IN CLAUDE CODE. These are prompts you type directly into your Claude Code terminal session. They tell Claude Code to take action โ write code, run commands, modify files.
This is a Claude Code card. Type or paste this directly into your Claude Code session in the terminal.
You'll learn what Claude Code is in the next few lessons. For now, just know: dark terminal card = type it in your terminal. Light card = paste it in any chatbot.
Send us feedback
See the settings icon (โฐ) in the top-right corner of your screen? Tap it and you'll find a Feedback button. That's your direct line to me.
If something is confusing, broken, or could be better, we want to know. This program is actively being built. Your feedback shapes it.
Let's build something
That's all you need to know. Every lesson from here teaches you something concrete, from opening a terminal to shipping a real product.
No theory for theory's sake. Everything you learn, you'll use.
Checkpoint
At the end of each lesson, you'll find checkboxes like these. They save your progress automatically, even if you close the browser and come back later.
One more thing: press right arrow โ to jump to the next lesson, and left arrow โ to go back to the previous one.
Try it now โ press โ when you're ready.
